1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the velobet platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions. By accessing velobet — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the velobet platform. Continued use of any part of the velobet service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supers ede all previous versions of any agreement between you and velobet.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the velobet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and velobet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

velobet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the velobet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.2 Language of Agreement

The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version published on this page. velobet operates as an English-language platform serving players in Bangladesh. In any dispute regarding interpretation of these Terms, the English text shall be the controlling version.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By registering a velobet account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of velobet complies with any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

velobet reserves the right to request proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is completed to the satisfaction of velobet, the platform may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain games.

If a player is found to be under the age of 18, velobet will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return deposits to the payment method from which they were received where technically possible. No winnings accrued on an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The velobet platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using velobet is lawful in their location. velobet makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside of its target market.

2.3 Single Account Requirement

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide only truthful and accurate information during the velobet registration process and at any subsequent point when velobet requests updated information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including a false name, a date of birth that misrepresents your age, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your velobet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. velobet will never contact you by email, SMS, or telephone to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from velobet that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@velobet immediately.

If you believe that your velobet account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support@velobet immediately. velobet cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

velobet strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. When 2FA is active, every new device login requires a one-time PIN (OTP) delivered to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is available to all account holders at no charge through the account security settings menu.

3.4 KYC Verification Requirements

velobet applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures before processing first withdrawals and in response to certain account activity patterns. KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following: a clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number); and in some cases, a selfie holding your identification document. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

velobet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and transaction history in cases where unusual account activity is identified. This is a security measure to protect the account holder and prevent fraud.

4.4 Refusal of Transactions

velobet reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, money laundering, or any other activity that is prohibited under these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, velobet will communicate the reason for the refusal to the affected player by email where it is legally permissible to do so.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The velobet platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), video slots (from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming), baccarat, and crash/entertainment games. Each product category has its own specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the velobet platform. These Terms constitute the overarching framework within which all product-specific rules operate.

5.1 Betting as Entertainment

All betting and gaming activity on velobet is offered as a form of entertainment. velobet does not guarantee that any player will generate a profit. The outcomes of casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Sportsbook odds reflect the probability of outcomes as assessed by velobet's odds team and are subject to change at any time before the relevant market is closed.

5.2 Void Bets and Cancellations

velobet reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error; the odds or game parameters were materially incorrect due to a technical fault; the event to which the bet relates was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; or there is credible evidence that the outcome of the relevant event has been manipulated. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.

5.3 RNG Certification and Fairness

5.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

6. Bonuses and Promotions

These Terms constitute the overarching framework for all promotional activity on the platform.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to a velobet account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

velobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players via email where practicable. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already partially met its wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account without compensation.

6.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

velobet may run promotions tied to significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Durga Puja, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup events. These promotions are subject to the same Terms and individual promotion terms as all other velobet offers.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the velobet platform, you agree to use the service in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform, or third parties. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one velobet account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the velobet platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or infrastructure of the velobet platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or bet.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using the velobet platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing velobet customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when communicating with velobet.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the velobet platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to support@velobet immediately rather than exploited.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

velobet reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a breach of Section 7.1 or any other material breach of these Terms: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the affected account; withholding, cancellation, or forfeiture of any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds associated with the account; reversal of any transactions found to have been processed in breach of these Terms; and reporting of the relevant conduct to law enforcement or financial crime authorities where required by law or where velobet judges it appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

velobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a player has breached any provision of these Terms; velobet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; a player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so; or a player has self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their velobet account at any time by contacting support@velobet. Upon receipt of a closure request, velobet will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the velobet platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period by contacting support@velobet. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, login to the account will be blocked, deposit attempts will be rejected, and no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded player. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. velobet may contact dormant account holders by email to the registered address to confirm whether the account should remain open. If no response is received within 30 days of such communication, velobet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee or close the account in accordance with its internal dormant account policy. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support@velobet.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

velobet operates as a safe and reliable platform and takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the platform is available, secure, and fair. However, velobet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, velobet's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

velobet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, missed betting opportunities, or losses arising from technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond velobet's reasonable control.
